Charter Chef Services

As a self-taught chef, my time in the Navy has offered me the opportunity to visit many countries across the globe, and build on my love for Italian and Eastern European cuisines. From Singapore’s chicken rice to chili crab in Malaysia, I use the countries authentic spice profiles in all my cooking. I enjoy preparing meals that reflect my guest’s preferences. I have prepared three meals a day for up to 12 guests and up to 10 days on the water, provisioning and meal planning to the smallest detail. I enjoy charters where I can bring these flavors to life, and give the guests a worldly experience right here in our local waters.
